In the first module, I welcome you to the course by sharing my story & my desire for you and your family. I teach you how to hold space for your child when it comes to setting limits and holding boundaries. I provide you with a user-friendly breakdown of Dr Gordan Neufeld's 6 attachment stages, and what that means for sleep. I will educate you on how to enhance your relationship with your child whilst working on sleep in an authentic and intuitive way. There is a master class with guest speaker Georgina Vintin, a Systemic Therapist, who will discuss the relationship system and help you understand the dynamic with your child whilst you delve into emotions, feelings, boundaries before making shifts.
